Welcome to Latent Petroleum Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned, unlisted company formed to develop the Warro Gas Field in the Perth Basin of Western Australia and provide much-needed gas to the State.

Latent is currently obtaining the necessary approvals to drill, evaluate and develop the Warro Gas Field with the objective of achieving first production in late 2010 / early 2011.

Latent will consult and communicate with the relevant authorities and local stakeholders at each stage of the project to ensure our activities are understood and any concerns are taken into account.

Warro Gas Field has the potential to offer Western Australians a significant new source of competitive energy in a time of need.
